CURRICULUM

Experienced teachers facilitate learning in a Christian, developmentally appropriate environment. Our staff truly love what they do and want to be here with your child. We are dedicated to giving each child the feeling of being loved and accepted in a Christian environment. Feeling loved promotes a positive self-image, and enables a child to love others. In everything we do, we strive to provide you and your child with an excellent early learning experience.

We have designed our early childhood curriculum to educate the 'whole child'. Individual differences among children are celebrated as they develop spiritually, physically, emotionally, socially and cognitively. Teaching is delivered as concrete learning experiences using hands-on activities that are consistent throughout the center and are rotated regularly to keep the children's learning environment fresh and engaging.

Activities and concepts are adjusted to meet the needs of the developmental age level of each group. When possible, “In-House” field trips are arranged with visitors to enhance the children's learning experience in the classroom. Example visitors include:

• Doctor

• Nurse

• Dental Hygienist

• Pet Shop owner with animals

• Farmer with farm animals

• Fire Fighters with the fire truck

• Etc.

Music & Movement are very important to your child’s learning and development. Our music specialist spends time each week with your child.
